United Talent Agency, known as UTA, was first founded back in 1991 as a result of a merge between two literary agencies (The Bauer-Benedek Agency & Leading Artists Agency). Now firmly entrenched in Beverly Hills, it is an elite-level agency with about 100 agents on staff and A-list stars to boot. UTA represents actors, writers, directors, producers, recording artists (among other things) and and most other aspects of the entertainment business. A few stars would beJohnny Depp, Seth Rogen, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd and more. One of Hollywood's "Big Three" agencies. UTA operates exclusively by referral and does not accept unsolicited material or solicitations of any kind.
