This top 10 L.A. agency reps artists, actors, and models. Founders Scott Harris and Howard Goldberg called their agency Harris & Goldberg. Later they added both literary and production departments and expanded from L.A. to another office in NYC. The company was then rebranded to Innovative Artists Talent and Literary Agency Inc. Although they continue to expand their empire they remain true to their initial vision, which is “aggressive service from a highly experienced intimate setting.”
