Meet the ProScout Management Team
Brian Marcus (President)
President and former agent, Brian has over 20 years of experience in the modeling and entertainment industry. Educated in photography and cinema, he received his Communications Degree at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. As an industry expert, Brian is well connected to all professional agencies and has personally discovered hundreds of high-visibility models and actors. He is directly responsible for all scouting personnel, scouting logistics and corporate media.
With more than 12 years of experience, Jennifer has worked
alongside the most renowned agency names in the industry. Following six
years of intensive "Pro - Scouting" throughout North America and Canada,
she then advanced to the famed Ford Model Agency, working as an agent in
both their Chicago and L.A. offices. A rare combination of top agent and
experienced scout, Jennifer is a valuable insider's resource to those
she meets.
As Vice President of Agent Relations, Mel enjoyed 15+ years as an agent within prestigious New York and Miami agencies before joining ProScout. One of the most respected scouting professionals in the industry, Mel was involved in the early careers of Nikki Taylor, Jason Shaw, Amber Smith, along with many other current celebrities. With his exceptional agency relationships, Mel now personally assists ProScout discoveries in establishing their early careers.
As a co-founder of ProScout, Inc., Greg is responsible for the business vision and
functional direction of ProScout. Educated from the University of Arizona, Mr. Hartman has over 15 years of executive experience. Performing duties of CEO, CFO and Workout specialist, Greg’s executive and leadership abilities have served real estate development firms, regional long distance companies, direct marketing firms, radio stations and a construction service
company.
